A person(s) who claims credit for ideas, inventions and initiatives, regardless of their actual involvement. Said person(s) will then act dejected or victimized if they do not receive false praise, resulting in severe tantrums and grudges.
Mikey claimed he first thought of selling lemonade from a stand. We all laughed, so Mikey pouted for a moment, then gathered his marbles and huffed home. What a Fiscus!
