treat pouch 

a fat girl usually has treats, (see treats), so the jacket or sweatshirt she wears usually has a pouch on the front. in this pouch you will find gold fish, chocolate, who knows. the pouch can also be another pocket, or an area in her pocket book.

hahha that girl is eating treats from her treat pouch!
