The Government during George W. Bush's (Dubya's) term as president.

Because of Obama's policies, it's apparent the Dubment in D.C. is over.

Bubment

The Federal Government during William Jefferson Clinton's (Bubba's) term as president. In juxtaposition with the "Dubment" years of George W. Bush (Dubya).

I totally wish we could bring back the deficit of the Bubment years.
