Ghoul

People in the fallout universe that have been exposed to so much radiation that they mutated and their skin fell off there body. Ghouls can live to 250+ years. The flesh of a ghoul is rotting, and they smell like rotting flesh; If there brains rot too much they can turn into "feral Ghouls", which are basically mindless zombies.

Ghouls are very interesting, but many people do not like them due to their smell.
