(verb) To come from behind someone and place the penis and balls in front of someones face.

The Sultan, Sultan, You just got Sultaned!, I sultaned your mom!, and so on...

Theory:If you look at the person being sultaned from the front view it would appear that they are wearing a roman army helmet.
