n - A beverage containing beef, as well as any other meat additives (as long as the majority of the meat is beef). Traditionally seasonal, but some consume it year-round. True Beef Nog is from the Nog region of France. Any other Beef Nog is actually just sparkling gravy. Beef Nog is a slurry of beef and heavy cream. Some regional toppings are heavy cinnamon sprinkling, nutmeg, parmesan cheese, dry rub, or wet rub. It is generally recommended to take one's time consuming Beef Nog, in order to savor every sip.
