It is a slang used to idle through dialogue with minimum input on your behalf. This term originated from Runescape where players would hit the spacebar on every dialogue from an NPC to skip past it.

This girl at work was just talking about herself and her dog, and I just Spacebarred through the whole conversation by just saying "Yeah", "That's cool", "Interesting".
