Vader

At a place of employment; an old school, non-millennial superior who holds employees accountable. A Vader is often considered a scary figure or "an ass hole " by those under his tutelage. A Vader is highly regarded by those that supervise him.

Holy shit, man! The captain went all Vader on me about the reports! I had to stay late and finish on my own time.
