A playoff of PMS (Pre-Menstrual Syndrome), a term which describes a hypothetical cycle males go through when they display similar symptoms of unexpected moodiness, unusual food cravings, irregular spurts of extreme happiness followed by immense doldrums, and anything else of the like.

Girl: I really wish Jimmy would stop PMenS-ing!
