An abbreviation for the neighborhood North Chelsea in NYC. Anywhere north of 23rd Street and west of 6th Avenue.

"Let's go out in NoChe tonight, I hear there's lots of good bars there."

"What neighborhood you living in nowadays?"
"Oh I just moved into a brownstone in No-Che"
