A "Larper" is a person that does something that is way out of their capability but genuinely thinks they can do it even though it's obvious they're no-where near doing so.

A person of ethnicity - male or female - that is a mix of Indian, Asian and Black at once.
This definition can also be used towards somebody that is "fucking around" or messing up an action a lot.
