gak 

A word used in central Scotland (Perth and Kinross, Fife, Stirlingshire) to describe an unsociable and annoying person. Synonymous with 'dick' or 'twat'.

Person A - "You know that John guy?"
Person B - "Aw yeah he's an actual gak, he needs hit."
