When a Mother secretly hovers over her children. Not unlike a Helicopter Mom but a little more stealthy.

My drother is all over me, no way I will get away with a party at the house this weekend.

Drotherly

That which is accomplished, bequeathed or issued by a mother acting like a drone mother.

The only kind of love my mom is capable of giving is drotherly love. Well I will again be the outcast and not invited be cause of my drotherly sister.
