1)To be lackluster in performance.
2) To be impotent either sexually/pysically, or sometimes both.

Man, I thought you were gonna hook up with your girl tonight, then you suddenly got too drunk and went "Novaless" on her.

My boss caught me slacking off at work and told me I better not be so "Novaless", or I'd be fired.
