A kumquat is broken down into two syllables, kum-quat.
Kum- referring to a spill or accident.
Quat-referring to a duck quack, loud,
obnoxious sound.
SO BASICALLY:
A loud stain!
e.g.
Him- something wrong?
Her- oh, fuck it. .. That kumquat just showed up. Again.
