A pedo pervert that enjoys, no needs, to bring out the pedo in anyone they know for more than 5 minutes by getting (unusually) another male to admit that some underage actor or model is "hot" - thus justifying their own desire for young children.

Ted is a real pedovert, he keeps wanting me to admit that Chloe Grace Moretz was hot in Kick Ass!
