Willack/Ballson Effect

Balance that occurs when an act occurs or is executed (whether intentional or not) and then the same thing/person (living or dead) does the opposite of the original act/action. Which causes an average between the two acts - balance.
Guy: Last week I didn't exercise at all, this week I've exercised till I couldn't walk.

The inappropriately slow speed an individual engeages in a primary task at hand due to one of three things: lazyness, incompetence, lack of focus and/or focus on something they shouldn't be focusing on.
