When something cannot be rebuilt, it becomes irrebuildable.

Certain bridges on Mars cannot be rebuilt for unknown reasons, due to this they become irrebuildable, despite the best efforts of Mars inhabitants and their reconstructors.

This bridge simply cannot be rebuilt, here on Mars.

It's irrebuildable, mate.
