A person from Florida, who at first glance, appears well kept and normal. However, they are ignorantly exclusive to one another in their narrow minded, severely undereducated, "flo grown" mentality. Their prefrontal cortex is severely underdeveloped and they are ruled by their reptilian brain leaving them forever to be ruled by basic instincts and carnal desires.
The sandflake can't be friends with the opposite gender due to their underdeveloped prefrontal cortex.
