Word used to describe someone who tells on someone to a higher authority or person of importance. Word most commonly used by people that have something to hide, and are insecure about it getting out... whether it was the right thing to do or it was for the better good.
Person #1: "Dude, Joe narked on me about cheating on Marie."
Person #2: "Maybe you shouldn't tell your friends things that you are trying to hide, dipshit."
