To Rye Brook a city is to warn or initiate separation from a larger municipality due to disproportionate taxation and lack of reciprocal representation; typically used by affluent residents who feel their contributions are unappreciated or financially obfuscated by city officials.
We residents in the North End are going to Rye Brook you because we fund New Rochelle and don't get anything for it. We don't even get a sidewalk.
