A Trisha is a girl who is usually short or at an average height and has brown/black hair she is really pretty but a Trisha is usually very backstabbing and is also an attention whore! But she be over there looking fine on the outside and a total whore in the inside.
Girl: omg it's trisha! She's so pretty!!
Boy: ye she looks fine I guess but I totally hate her personality and she has too much proud.
