The practice of not caring about self-embarrassment, people in your life, people who were in your life, insults, being proven wrong, being proven factually wrong, criticism, negative situations with you in the middle of them, perceived/actual negative situations/memories in general, things you saw, what you heard and whatever else you want to not care about (this is all selective) in order to protect yourself mentally and move on with your life if you have problems doing so
