Whenever a person is racist against their general race.

Vuong was Japanese, yet he was a internal racist because he was sick of the Korean people. (They both are Asians)

When you are racist with-in your own kind of race.

Vuong Doan (a Vietnamese) don't like Tina because she was a Vietnamese, he was being very inner racist!
