A 2 to 5 year old child (usually a boy) that engages is silly, inane antics.

A run down, rat infested old house. A hovel. An abandoned old house that should be leveled by the city.
A house occupied by homeless people or drug dealers.

After weeks of servalience, the cops raided the old squalm located in the south side of town.
