Hewbert is a member of the Royal Intelligence Corps. Hewbert thinks that they are the best member to ever walk BA, but in reality they are a major hoe who slays the competition instead of being the best agent they can be. Hew sucks at combat as well as being an RIC agent, meaning they are useless. Hew's pronouns are; Hew/Hew/Hewself.
