Term used by higher class citizens to describe lower class citizens living in urban areas who often run into trouble with law enforcement.

Albert: Look at those riots in Baltimore, Maxwell!
Maxwell: Oh those Urban Punks, back at it again.

The act of putting on armor plates in Call of Duty Warzone, or reloading.

"They cracked me, I need to Po'Up before I can cover you!"

"Where's my cover fire?" "One second im Po'in Up rn!"
