Main Bitch In Charge. If Regina George was the CEO of a Fortune 500 company, this would be an appropriate descriptive term. The MBIC slays pretty much everything she does, and is usually completely and totally unphased by plebeian things and unremarkable people (ie. Basic bitches). Move over, like, everyone else. The MBIC is here and you will do what she says, because being in the Plastics hating life is much better than not being in the Plastics at all. Ps: change your stupid shirt
