Exhausting of all unemployment benefit's allowed to you by law. 99 weeks of unemployment is the maximum allowed by law in any given state with Federal and State extended benefits.
Tom's a 99er and I don't know how much longer he'll be able to pay his bills if he does not get a job or some help.
