Cunniversation 

A method of communication in which the "Talker" uses the tongue to spell words on the clitoris of the "Listener." While the Listener rarely understands individual words, the general message always seems to get through.

Joe was having a cunniversation with his girlfriend last night when she started pulling his hair and screaming.
