Extreme amusement and laughter at something very funny. Can often be used in a sarcasatic manner when commenting on a lame attempt at a joke

Paul: Two peanuts were walking down a spooky road at night... One was assaulted

Ted: Loflkanan!

Paul: Yes I know the joke is lame. Now just shut up!
