A Twat Waffle is man who acts like a girl and gets their feelings hurt easily.

Timmy was telling a joke. When interrupted by Jack you could see the joy leave his eyes and he was about to cry. Jack saw the hurt in his face as though he was a little school girl who just fell and scraped her knee. Jack told Timmy to stop being a fucking Twat Waffle.

A weener cleaner is your mouth!

I was at work and trying to call down a steak to the cook when these bitches kept talking really loud. The cook couldn't hear what I was saying. I looked over at those hookers and said, " Shut your fucking weener cleaners" and then proceeded with work.
