When a person annoys you and you want to annoy him too so you say "Nana Banana". It's like saying "I'm not listening" or "You can't catch me". It is oftenly said in a game of Catch/Hide and seek

Someone: you got a ticket to the movies? This movie sucks!
Me: jealous much? Nana Banana
