To be met by an abrupt, unexpected, and overwhelming force. It is often used with an exclamation point at the terminus of the word even when not used at the end of a sentence.

"Pardon me, dear lady, had you beheld the man that was earlier today struck by a comet?"
"My stars, it was a burgerslam! the likes of which I have never seen!"

A person who expresses belief in a deity and participates in a religion, yet does not believe in a god. Activities such as attending church are a camouflage in order to be socially accepted.

"I saw her write 'Christian/Other' on her public profile, but she told me she doesn't believe in God."
