"An event" or "a fact" stupid and illiterate people call when they don't understand it, or when they want to disengage themselves from a situation they know they caused.
Stupid illiterate men and women: This man is 33 year-old, still lives with his parents and never succeeds in anything. He must be victim of sorcery, and the bad spirits hovering around him must be extremely powerful.
