The act of hiding a smirk or evil smile behind your drink. When the game master of a tabletop or roleplaying game brings to fruition their long con or makes their players paranoid, they quite often do this in order to not give anything away.
Grady was cersei-ing as he took a sip of his coffee. His players had just put together the pieces he had been meticulously been dropping as hints.

Cersei-ing
When the game master of a tabletop or role-playing game has to hide an evil smile behind taking a sip from their drink. Usually this occurs when said game master's drawn out plot threads come together or when their players finally realize they were being played in a long con.
