When you or someone you know has difficulties preforming or comprehending the simplest of tasks. Can never remember info that was relayed to them in the past 10 seconds. Has to be handheld through all simple tasks. Asks the most obvious questions repeatedly.

Did you hear what Joe did at work the other day? He was definitely Pulling an O'Neal!
