It's a Hindi Urdu Slang which refers to the moment when one has to let go an opportunity.
In recent days it's has been trending on Twitter - India for hike in petroleum prices. KLPD refers to "Kerosene, LPG, Petrol, Diesel" as was abbreviated by one tweeter @OmkarDash

"Pertroleum prices hiked by 5%."
