A group of undercover police officers, specifically narcotics officers, tasked with busting up drug sets and low level street dealing by ridding around in unmarked cars and "jumping out" when they withess a sale. Originating from the tactics of undercover narcotics officers in Newark, NJ in the late 1980's - present day, now used in every major American city.
