Bacra 

The act of being an Idiot, in some cases depending how it is used, it can mean retard/deformed. Generally it is used in certain parts of India (such as Kerala) to insult someone.

Person 1: "You shut up when I'm talking to you, bacra!"
Person 2: "Wahhh"

Person 1: "Ohhh I'm such a bacra, how could I be so stupid?"
Person 2: "Ahhaha you are such a bacra!"

The act of being an idiot. Depending on the context it can be used as an insult : the insult meaning retard/deformed. It is often used by teen Indian boys in the part of India named Kerala.

Person 1:"You SHUT your mouth when I'm talking to you, BACRA!"
Person 2:*Cries emotionally*

Person 1:"Oh I'm such a bacra, how could I be this stupid?"
