A varation on the pronounciation of the shorthand chemical name of ecstasy - MDMA, developed to help the severely intoxicated in conversation.

Pronounced: MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM-DER-MER! With the DER and MER being very short, as if sounding out the letters.

Toby: This is surm gurd M-D-M-D-A.. M-D-N.. MMMDMA!
