When an armed citizen takes out a mass shooter. Originally when a man named Giamanco happened to see a school shooter enter a school in Bend, Oregon and followed him in and killed him with a handgun before he could kill more people.

Hey look, there's a guy shooting innocent people. Let's Giamanco that son of a bitch.
