Most people consider this word to only apply to women when it applies to men as well.
"GYAT" is a word typically meaning someone has a big butt.
This is also used ironicly as a reference to YouTube joke shorts EX: Skibbidy, rizz, grimace shake, ohio, and gyat.

"That's the boy I was talking about, the one with the big Gyat."
