foe-hoe (faux hoe]: From the French, faux and the from the Ghetto, hoe. A woman or girl who dresses like a hoe and acts in a teasing manner but is actually not really bothered about getting it on at all, is actually scared of sex and relationships and often distrusting of men (and/or women). She enjoys the attention she gets but won't take it any further.
