A disgraceful excuse for a male. Someone who has nothing better to do with their life, than worry about their image. Often spends more time in the bathroom fixing themselves up than their girlfriend.

normal guy: hey wanna go out to the pub and watch the footy
metrosexual: nah id rather have a facial and watch the bold and the beautiful
