Ex1: A person who has rizz but only on 4/10 and below

Ex2: someone that rizzes up someone who is not on there level(younger by multiple years or being a pedo) bc they can’t pull

The senior class pedo is trying to rizz up my sister (she is 11) it was a rizzaster
