A porb, is a person who cannot take a joke. You would use it when somebody is too offended by something you said, and cannot handle the sheer amount of funny you have just released.

Somebody who cannot take in your humor or a joke. They either do not get the joke, or are extremely offended by it, as to understanding you may not like the joke.
