Nuka is an alternate word to indicate having the shits/diarrhea
Aka "dropping a nuke in the toilet"

Example 1:
Jack: What did you do today, Jordan?
Jordan: I went to the store, played some games, and then I unfortunately had to nuka :(

Example 2:
Craig: Aww man
Susie: What's wrong, Craig?
Craig: Someone Nuka'd all over the restaurant bathroom :(
Susie: The one you work at?!
Craig: :(
