'Under circumstances when the (Person whos using it) wants to be an Asshole, or just got angered by something.
Usually heared amongst Primary School wannabe "Gangsters" or just a chinese or malay uncle/aunty looking for a fight with their egocentric personalities.
WOI(Means "HEY YOU FU-!" or just a simple word when someone is calling out the other person)
CB!(Short form for *CIBAI* Means Vagina in mandarin or Chinese/commonly known and used in Singlish now)

stop this meme is dead but ill tell you the meaning anyways, no no dont touch me there or nono square is a song or a sentence is used to describe your private area, it basically implies for someone to stop touching the persons area or your area which you do not one to be touched in, most likely your private parts.
