L.K.W. or L.K.W.s (often pronounced "ell-kay-dubs") are an initialism for "Last Known Whereabouts"; in other words, the most recent place someone or something was seen. L.K.W. refers to the Position, Location, or 20 of person/object that may no longer be there.
Example 1:
John: Dave was supposed to be here an hour ago, and he's not answering his phone. What are his L.K.W.s?
Wade: I dunno, man. I think he said something about Shoshanna's
John: Oh, gross - when?
Wade: Around five. He was still down for the movie, though.
John: I hope he showers first.
Example 2:
The L.K.W. of the Ark of the Covenant is in a nondescript government warehouse.
